God is at the centre of our lives and as a schoolcommunity we try to grow in love and care byfollowing the example of Jesus.
Our Diocesan and Trust Mission
Forming Christ-centred pilgrims of hope, with kind hearts, questioning minds, a thirst for knowledge and a hunger for justice.
We have thought about how can live this out in our daily lives, inspired by the example of the archangel Gabriel.
Our School Mission
Our School Mission is ‘God is at the Centre of our Lives’ and we live this out in many different ways. In our friendships, we share, forgive each other and include everyone, just like Jesus taught. In our actions, we let God’s light shine through us as we show kindness and help others in need. In our learning, we work hard and use our unique talents to explore the wonderful world God has made for us.
Each September, we renew our mission and spent time exploring the many ways in which we can live this out.
Our children say:
We aren’t alone because God is always with us, helping us to know what to do.
God is at the centre of our lives because he sent Jesus to save us from sin.
God made us like him so he is always with us in everything we do.
We always try to do what God would like us to do.
We also live out our school mission in our parish and global community, putting our faith into action. This includes raising money for local, national and global charities, contributing to our local foodbank at harvest time and throughout the year and singing at our parish Christmas dinner, bringing God’s joy to everyone!
